A lot of drug manufacturers violate laws. But just some of them are sanctioned harshly. Numerous drug manufacturers avoid serious penalties without significant efforts. Thus, athletes and bodybuilders have free access to performance-enhancing drugs. They purchase anabolic steroids and other related products from compounding centers and administer them for athletic goals. Furthermore, certain pharmacies provide fake prescriptions for steroids. Corrupt doctors supply customers of compounding pharmacies with prescriptions that are given without required evaluation of customers’ individual conditions.
Compounding pharmacies are responsible not only for illicit distribution of steroids. Some pharmaceutical companies manufacture medicines in unsterile conditions. As a result, many individuals get tainted products and experience severe complications, using  these preparations. Some persons even die from contamination resulted from usage of tainted drugs. As you are probably informed, 39 individuals died because of fungal meningitis caused by tainted methylprednisolone acetate injections.
