According to the decision of the judge, products manufactured and sold by the company Myogenix will be tested for five years by an independent organization. All new dietary supplements should be controlled carefully and approved by the FDA before the company may sell them.

This defense attorney was hired to defend also other companies that were linked to the website Bodybuilding.com. These companies also were sentenced just to fines and money forfeitures.
