Victor Conte: efforts of anti-doping agencies enforce athletes to adopt

Recently Victor Conte, the founder of BALCO, expressed his thoughts about testing of anti-doping agencies and the current state of doping among sportspersons.
Conte has claimed that it is unlikely that the 2012 London Olympics would be free from intake of steroids and other related medicines. Conte confirmed in an interview that Olympic anti-doping testing program had various flaws. Thus, steroid users were also chosen to participate in the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Victor Conte doesn’t believe that intake of forbidden medications has diminished. He doesn’t agree with persons who confirm that low performance in different sports proves that steroids and other related drugs are almost excluded from sports.
The founder of BALCO notices that steroids are widely applied now too. Efforts of anti-doping agencies led to adoption of sportspeople. So, sportspersons don’t use as high doses as have been taken before.  Nonetheless, usage of steroids and other doping preparations continues to be a concern.
Victor Conte is sure that sportspersons don’t use such designer steroids, as THG. Instead of using such preparation, sportspersons use the steroid testosterone that is believed to be the grandfather of all steroids.  Victor Conte adds that since testosterone is fast-acting and it is getable in form of creams, gels, patches and injections, it is widely administered by sportspeople. Moreover, not too high measures of testosterone are needed in order to cause great results. This steroid is widespread among Major League Baseball players.
Conte criticizes anti-doping policy. He states that anti-doping agencies have essential ambiguities. Even a truck may go through loopholes which are in doping rules, according to the founder of BALCO.
